Thank you I am highly flattered at the mention of my post. It is amazing that it could have had a part in the inspiring such insightful evaluation. The intent was to encourage conversation and awareness on the greater need for community support. Especially for those who a few steps ahead of me on the path. They seem to find themselves no longer able to take advantage of many "newbie" initiatives yet still in need of support to sustain growth.

Most all of my life has been spent more as an independent, self-sufficient, "island unto myself" sort of guy. Just the way I was raised.

The same is true for me. I find myself rethinking that strategy. There is no question that where Steemit is concerned the "where we go one we go all" mindset is necessary for long term growth. I am actually finding there is far more to be gained than individual growth. In other words the gifts to be gained go beyond the vote if one is open to receive. But you have said that far more beautifully than I could myself.

I recently joined a brand new little group just starting out. @thehive is a young, rapidly growing community. Working together like bees in a hive we all contribute to the growth of each other as we work together in growing the group. I am happy with my own personal results so far.
Considering your bee theme I couldn't pass on the opportunity to give them a shout out.
