I got nothing to do with this dumb bot BUT since it's not gonna answer I'll give it s try ;-)

The 10+ upvotes are from this account's previous (and first) post. This message didn't go there because this bot is likely programmed to not comment more then once per post (in a attempt to not appear too much like the spam it truly is) and it already had done the "Oh looky you made a first post!" comment therefor it waited until this post to spam again.
