Spirituality — a way of life

In India, spirituality plays an important role in everyone’s life. Their life revolves around worshiping God and following the various rituals set by their ancestors. The travel, celebration, and any other festive event; idol worship is the central theme.
I was always intrigued by the people who believed in idol worship and would wonder why they do so. For example, a typical Indian mother starts her day by going to a temple and worship God.

I started running a few months back and it's the first thing I strive to do every morning. It has become my way of life. My travel plans, celebrations, weekend getaways somehow involve running.

You need something to hold on, to go about the everyday life. I believe that for most Indians; its spirituality and idol worship. It has become their way of life.
