What makes a person happy?

Happiness is a choice, you either choose to be happy or you choose to be sad. Some people may tell you that having numerous cars, wealth and other materialistic items will make you happy. The fact is the rich also feel sad despite their wealth and luxurious lifestyle. You may notice a poor man feeling more happy than a rich man this is because the poor man chose to be happy.

One of the best ways to become happy is that you have to be contented with whatever you have and never compare yourself with others above you. Always look at those below you when in it comes to status or wealth.

Always remember Happiness is a choice, you either choose to stay happy or you stay sad.

You're totally right. Happiness is a choice. I almost went bankrupt about 3 times over the past 12 months, but I somehow found a reason to smile every day.

Some days can suck, but there's always something to be happy about despite the suckiness. :)
