When engaging with new people on a daily basis have you noticed that with some it's so easy and it comes naturally while with others is like moving mountains? Why does this happen?

Yes.. This is something I have also experienced when relating with people. Some people are very easy to relate with such that communication comes naturally while the opposite is the case for some people.

From my experience, I found out there are certain things that do cause this differences amongst people based on my observation and I will share these points with you. These are the below points that causes this differences with their reasons attached.

1) ENVIRONMENT : The Environment plays a very vital role in the life of every human being. There are some people who are brought up in a very good and positive environment such that there is free interaction and relation in such environment while some people may be brought up in a different environment which tolerates arrogance and nonchalant attitude. It is observed that you can really interact with people who came from good and positive environment compared to the other because the environment has added a great impact in such people's lives. The environment matters alot when it comes comes to adopting human behaviour because you get adapted naturally to the condition of your environment. Environment is one of the causes of the difference in people when it comes to relating with them.

2) EXPERIENCE : Everyone of us might have encountered different forms of experience in one way or the other. This experience may either be good or bad and this sometimes places a scar in our heart such that we can never forget such experiences. The fact is some people are very difficult to interact with due to the bad experience they had with people and this has encountered some changes in their lifestyle when it comes to relating with other people. Experience differs from individual to individual and this plays a vital role when relating with people having different experiences.

3) MOOD : There are some time we are happy, sometimes we get sad and sometimes we get angry. The mood of a person also determines the response or nature of interaction you get in return from them. You can't expect to interact with someone who is very angry and get a lovely or positive comment in return and similarly you can't expect a bad relation with some who is very happy when you interact with them. The mood plays a very great role when it comes to getting along with people. Sometimes, someone whom you believe is always happy may be very difficult to relate with when he or she gets angry. It is always advisable to observe the mood of people before communicating or interacting with them.

4) HUMAN BEHAVIOUR : There are different ways which enables us to develop behaviour and these are mostly caused by Environment, Education and Hereditary. Environmental and Educational factors are built by people and they are known as artificial method of developing behaviour. Hereditary is the natural form of behaviour inherited by people's parents. The fact is that human beg can also lead to the cause or differences during interactions with people. Some people with good conduct were able to adopt it by either developing themselves to that level or it came naturally to then through hereditary. They were able to develop such conduct by reading books, religion impact, listening to positive speech or preaching and many other ways. These kind of people are very easy to relate with because such behaviour as been part of them and they are already addicted to such attitude. Differences in human behaviour can lead to differences in relation or interactions with people.
