Close Grip EZ Bar Bicep Curl will Help You Isolate Your Biceps Fully and Avoid Swinging the Weight.
Take Hold of the Centre of the Bar with your Palms Out and at a Close Grip. Comfortably Anchor Your Arms on the Front of Your Body. This will Create More Stability and Makes it Harder to 'Cheat' with Swinging.
Curl the Bar Up Towards your Shoulders and Lower Back to the Starting Position While Keeping Tension on Your Biceps.
Holding Your Core Tight will Help Support Your Lower Back. Ensure that your Posture Stays Tall Throughout the Exercise.
Note- This Variation on a Bicep Curl is More Challenging so Choose a Lighter Weight Than You Would Normally Use for a Biceps Curl.
