We need proper nutrition to perform our daily tasks as well as to enjoy good health. So for the maintenance of health, we should take a balanced diet. The young generation has declined the use of pulses and vegetable, and they have focused and made a habit of taking fatty and junk food which is entirely harmful to health. All the activities demand for good health which can be maintained only by taking food which contains minerals, vitamins, and proteins. Everyone can improve the eating habit if the balanced diet is taken which includes grains, vegetables, and fruits as well. So the more you are healthy the most you can enjoy life.

Changing the habit of food will change the life. Nutrition is our daily necessity. Good food good life. I've been dieting for the past 7 days. The first one is a little problem, hopefully it will not happen later.
