Russian channel produces a comedy series about the adventures of astronauts

Russian television channel STS began filming a television series called "The Ba Team," starring Russian film star Mikhail Yefremov.

The film tells the story of Russian citizens competing with astronauts for a space trip to the moon.

The Russian television project, along with Mikhail Yevremov, includes other stars from Russian cinema and television, including Vladimir Yagelic, Nastassia Samporskaya, Sergei Batalov, Karina Andolenko, Oscar Kucera and others.

The film's screenplay is based on the desire of ordinary space enthusiasts to conquer alongside professional astronauts. In order to achieve their wish, they must demonstrate their competence and ability to bear the burden of space.

The work also tells residents of other planets to try to prevent smarts from competing with stupid astronauts.

Twenty episodes are scheduled for the first season of the 24-minute television project.

Russian television channel STS will launch the series next year.
