Anything is possible but it would be a long way off if it did happen. I dont feel like there is much engagement on steemit (I wish there was)
Blockchains taking over the Internet. Evolving faster without ISPs, without middleman, there will be blockchains that will give internet access in ways we don't imagine yet. Because we can't have one point of failure.
