Monumental and full of charm, beautifully preserved and dented by the tooth of time, with a turbulent history and a thrilling legend.
The churches delight, in particular old ones with beautiful architecture, columns, frescos and wall arches. It's good to go to church and sit alone. Listen to the wonderful acoustics and isolate yourself for a moment from the overwhelming reality. There is peace in the church, but only when we focus on the relationship between God and us.
Sometimes it's enough to sit and think, and the rest come slowly.
