If I make profit in a cryptocurrency like STEEM, I would like to see a possibility to pay tax to a DAO who will represent the quality of the WWW and is not related to any particular country. The tax collection of this DOA could be spend to upgrade the WWW for everybody around the world. A vote mechanism could help with making decisions how to spend the budget. Countries who are way behind with the infrastructure and hardware to make the www accessible could get great benefits from such a mechanism.
