Stuffed ice cream cake

Stuffed ice cream cake to make at home, easy and fun.

  A few days ago I made this with @pravusdie at home, it was easy to do, fun and tasty, perfect for a relaxed time with a friend.

 Hace pocos días lo hice con @pravusdie en casa, fue fácil de hacer, divertido y sabroso. Perfecto para pasar un rato relajado con un amigo. 

Ingredients: 

1 1/4 cup milk-->1 1/4 taza de leche 

1/2 cup oil -->1/2 taza de aceite

2 eggs -->2 huevos

 1 1/2 cup sugar--> 1 1/2 taza de azúcar

 2 cups flour--> 2 tazas de harina 

3/4 cups cocoa (I had to use Toddy xD becouse I coudn't find cocoa here)--> 3/4 tazas de cacao (en mi caso utilice Toddy xD tu puedes usar cualquier chocolate

 2 tablespoons baking powder--> 2 cucharadas de polvo de hornear 

1 tablespoon baking soda -->1 cucharada de bicarbonato de sodio

 1/2 cup of coffee -->1/2 taza de café.  

  Process: 

Gets liquefied/ Se licua todo

  Prepare the empty in which the mixture is poured, greasing it with butter/ Se prepara el envase en el que se verterá la mezcla, engrasándolo con mantequilla.

The mixture is poured into the package/ Se vierte la mezcla en el envase 

  Bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes/ Se hornea a 180 grados durante 40 minutos   

  When leaving the oven, let it cool for at least 1 hour/ Al sacar del horno hay que dejarlo enfriar por almenos 1 hora 

Cut the top and open a hole in the center of the cake/ Cortar la parte superior y abrir un hueco en el centro de la torta     

  Fill the hole with ice cream and replace the lid/ Rellenar el hueco con helado y volver a ponerle la tapa 

  Finally just put in the freezer for a couple of hours/ Por ultimo solo se pone en el congelador por un par de horas
