For example when you are feelings miserable or just simply sad, we kinda prove to ourselves that these methods are gonna aid us in the situation, which they are not.
Establishing the relationship with these substances you only create by yourself therefore you are the only one who can end the cycle.
Reaching your full potential doesn't come easy. You have to establish a roadmap for how will you start improving yourself and how will you commence it. Don't be afraid to ask other people for help if you don't know where to start.
3 Change big or small
Progress doesn't pull you backwards, so you need to start recognizing things that will help you in the long run.
Finding the right school, relationship etc. those will determine what kind of a person you want to be,
because you will have to surround yourself with people who have the same goal as you➤to be successful.
