I don't think we should even have prisons, why should we choose to incarcerate rather than rehabilitate?
This is one of those choices that contributes to a very dangerous society and our taxes are being used to make us less safe.
I think there should be a law reform and only violent criminals should be put in prisons.
what constitutes a violent criminal tho.
might not be many left to 'rehabilitate' by many standards.
