Appreciate the kind words! It's just one of those things of owning a house. We're getting the new furnace installed now and it's only 45 in the house so hoping we don't have any water/piping issues.

The new unit will be more efficient and we're actually getting a 200-300 refund for installing a new more efficient furnace. Don't know if what we will save in gas, but the new blower is supposed to be like 1/10th the energy costs as well.

Fingers crossed no issues and I'm going to have a warm house tonight!
