You should be able to find people who inspire you with what they do, they charisma and entire put up. To grow in life, you must be humble and then find people you aspire to be like in certain areas, and ask them to mentor you.

True talk here, some of us fail to realize this or even the ones that do have their ego preventing them from doing the needful.
