It is pretty sad that when you're being a solid citizen that you're automatically concerned that the police might think you're responsible. Which, I would think, would make you the dumbest criminal ever, because you not only bring back the purse, but the ID too, so they can match it with the missing woman.
Stranger things, I guess. :)
Never a dull moment for a lineman, though. The stories you can tell. :)
HAHAHA exactly. I walked in there feeling guilty for some reason... maybe it’s my last or something. Here I am walking in awkwardly carrying a women’s purse. The lady said, “Um that’s not what I like seeing” that made me feel even more guilty. Hahaha

She thought you should carry the purse better, or something? If you're going to carry one, own it? Do it like you mean it? Okay, so she must have been referring to the fact that she doesn't like seeing a woman separated from her purse, but all you were doing was hoping to reunite the two. :)
