1% Wealth And Some Solutions to Overcome Economic Problem - Questions For Mr. A!

in #life7 years ago (edited)

Everyone on this planet wants to have a good life and why not! Who would want to live in slums, eat food from garbage and drink water from the gutters. But you know what, there are a billions of people who are living in such conditions that we don't want to live in. Have we ever thought of bringing a tiny change in their lives? If this living condition isn't acceptable by us, then how would we want others to live in such a miserable condition?

My Childhood Questions!

I always asked myself in the childhood, why do people beg? Why don't they work hard and earn money? Why do they degrade themselves and ask people for some bucks? All my questions were answered when I grew up, after going through some tough financial situations, I realized there there is so much people could do as a whole for the welfare of a society!

Puppets!

One thing we all know is our governments aren't interested in people's welfare, infact they themselves are being used by an unknown power to implement their plans and decisions. So what should we do now? Don't we have any chance of making our and other's lives better? We surely can do a lot at an individual level to bring a big change in the society.

Remember!

Thieves and beggars aren't born, they are created and the substances to create such people are poverty and illiteracy.

Power of our 1% Wealth!

I have read and heard a lot about the unequal distribution of wealth and it is a known fact that 99% of the world's wealth is in a few hands and the remaining 1% is distributed among the remaining 7.5 billion people. I don't have an exact percentage of this distribution of wealth but for the sake of understanding things, let's assume these numbers. So that 1% includes the wealth of Mark Zuckerberg, Bill Gates, Jeff Bezos and some of the richest persons we don't even know. Can't we do anything with this wealth? Everyone wants to be rich and the desire to become one is everyone's right but should we spend all the money on ourselves or do other people also deserve some share of the money we earn? That's the question we need to answer if we really want to bring a positive change on this planet!

Solution To Overcome Economic Problem (If Implemented)

Let's suppose Mr. A's monthly expenses are $1,000 and he is earning $1,100, his savings are $100, that’s fine! Out of no way, Mr. A’s earnings have increased rapidly and jumped to $10,000, will Mr. A’s expenses be still $1,000? In most cases, no, as your income increases, your expenses increase too. Reason? We start spending our money on “Wants”. When Mr. A was earning $1,000, he was able to fulfill his “Needs” but as soon as he started earning a lot, his desires to acquire “Wants” also increased and hence this causes the most common and biggest economic problem

Resources are limited but Needs and Wants are Unlimited!

Some questions for Mr. A

Can’t Mr. A put a limit on his “Wants”, spend the same amount of money for his monthly expenses and give the rest to the poor?

Can’t Mr. A give a specific percentage to the poor or needy along with satisfying his own “Needs” and “Wants”?

Can’t Mr. A lend some money to the poor but some creative ones and start doing business partnerships with them?

Can’t Mr. A hire some professionals to teach and educate poor children and make them able to earn on their own?

And!

If Mr. A does one of the things above and all the other people start doing this, can we overcome/control the economic problem to some extent?

Sure, will have a look and thanks for reading.

Well I have personally not had a lot of money most of my life so I know what it is like to either not be able to always buy things I want or only get some things. But if I made lots of money, I would donate to charity(maybe directly to research foundations since most charities take off too much from the donation for themselves), I would also help out friends and family too.

I have a feeling a lot of the rich people tend to do that as well, like with natural disasters etc.

This is so true; Resources are limited but Needs and Wants are Unlimited!

There are platforms such as Zidisha that lend to people in poorer parts of the World. It would be nice to think we could get more people together to lend funds to enable more people to build a better life for themselves and their loved ones.

I'm totally with you so we must make something help!!
