i started to do sports and excercises regularry 2 years before, to protect my health. it was very hard at first, i am almost collapsed from just 1-2 movements, but later i started to improve. very slow improve, 1-2% every day maximum. but now i do sports 3 hours on a week, including running 4 kilometer in every 3 days with 8 km/h speed, ground excercises, and some minimal martial arts daily. i am healthier than before, if we would say in percents, i would say i am 80% healthyer and 50% stronger than before.
