Peacefully non-comply with any individual, system, government, corporation or any corporate legislature that infringes on your rights or your life itself. If a system is backed up by taxes, threat of penalty if you don't comply or any other threat or forfeiture, then it is not legitimate and it is not lawful and it is not for your benefit.

Really? I have never heard of such a thing. We have nothing like this in our area at all, I don't even think within the country. This is truly sad.
Yes, it is absolutely ridiculous and people in USA especially find it absolutely incredible that we have a 'license' for watching TV and when you speak it back to yourself out loud it sounds absolutely absurd. But yes people are threatened both by mail and on their doorsteps, attacked in their homes and brought before the court all because they don't have a TV license. One poor woman was raped while pregnant by an employee of TV Licensing or an agent acting on their behalf. A company called "Capita" does most of their grunt work.
