4 Years Ago She Was Addicted To Heroin, But This Is How She Looks Today.

Dejah Hall was what most people would consider a junkie.

She was addicted to meth, cocaine and heroin, which spun her life completely out of control, but she was certainly headed towards death.

She told KNXV-TV that she was "a monster in every sense of the word."

Hall's addiction began with pills and it was all downhill from there. Things got so bad that she simply stopped caring if she lived or died.

She was the ultimate party girl, but in the worst way possible.

By December 6, 2012, Hall had hit rock bottom, and she was in desperate need for help.

But it wasn't drugs that pushed her to her final breaking point.

It was a heart to heart conversation with her grandfather who was sitting in his wheelchair. She said he looked at her with sadness and said, "You're hurting me, Dejah."

Her grandfather's words resonated with her, and when she looked in the mirror, she realized she had become a "disgusting person."

It's hard to believe that Hall managed to go from a drug addict to the poster child of sobriety in such a short period of time. But it wasn't easy at all.

Today, Hall is a mother of an 18-month-old baby girl and she couldn't be happier.

Unfortunately, her grandfather is no longer alive, but she's grateful for those words that turned her life around. Otherwise, her story might have ended a lot differently.

Hours after she had spoken to her grandfather, she ended up going to prison on felony charges.

That's when she found God and decided to abandon drugs and change her life forever.

Hall was arrested on December 6, 2012, but four years later to the date, she has become a model citizen.

So she decided to post her story on Facebook along with some horrifying before photos showing how much of a toll drugs had taken on her body and how she looks today, which is obviously, cleaner, healthier, and happier, and with a baby.

The road to redemption isn't an easy one, but Hall clearly found a way to do it.

Love and perseverance blessed her with happiness, peace of mind, and a child.

Hall has a lot to live for now and that includes being the perfect role model for her daughter.

But she's also halfway through her college degree and would love to become a prison minister so that she can give a helping hand to others who are going through the same struggles she went through.

Ultimately, she credits her faith for taking her out of the dark, something that some media channels have failed to mention.

On follow-up messages on Facebook, she added, "Just to be clear, I did not get here without the love and support of my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ."

It's shocking to imagine that Hall went from being a "terrible IV user" to this.

Hall has beaten the odds and proven that sobriety is possible. She even went ahead and wrote on social media that, "Every Day I thank God that I am not where I once was!" It looks like Hall is well on her way to a successful career and an even more amazing life.

KNXV-TV has reported that starting on January 2017, Hall will start working as a drug and alcohol counselor at a community organization. Click on the video below to witness Dejah Hall's inspiring transformation. It will truly make you believe in miracles.
