The 'Secrets of My Beauty' # 2

Hi Friends... As I told you in my earlier blog, I am here with another beauty tip using this most commonly available thing in our kitchen...

Yes, it's Turmeric powder and Coconut oil!!. Both has got the maximum amount of anti oxidant properties!! Here both coconut oil and turmeric are very good for the skin and this works as a great skin tonic... :)

Take 1tablespoon pure Coconut oil and a pinch of Turmeric powder. Mix well, keep for 10 minutes. Now take a little by little and smear it on the face, neck, hands and feet in circular motion, using just 2 or 3 fingers, without putting much pressure.

No need to rub it like a scrub. Just smear it properly and leave it on the skin for half an hour and then wash it out. It is better to do this before going for a shower, at least once in a week.

While buying coconut oil or turmeric powder, we must chose the products of a good company. Organic foods are the best.
