Great article, problem is the majority of us never work out what our innate ability is, so we all remain average people at best. And it has to be innate for example I'll put Usain Bolt and Michael Phelps, granted they put in hours of work beyond what is even believable by us yet they excel and are way ahead of their competition in spite of the fact that the competition is also putting in as much time and effort in their training.
We don't work hard, because we don't believe in ourselves (often). Thats why all these sport schools, educational funds and programs so important, they help to develop the potential.
