Idea of Happiness brings sadness too.However when you attache yourself with god or lord visnu activity like cleaning temple,for preparing food for him,you will automatically feels happiness in heart without any sadness.Upvoted & commented.
I'm sure serving for God may bring happiness to theists, but that's not exactly what we're discussing here.
