The importance of sharing ideas, is crucial, I think people with low self Esteem have a harder time sharing their ideas for fear they will think that their ideas are inadequate to the peer group they are associated with, or they think they are stupid. So having said that I think the issue of addressing the notion that no ideas are undervalued. Just an observation and a challenge some are faced with. #steemitbloggers
