Too sunny...
Hey!
I should've been shooting photos but it's been too bright. The birds are hiding somewhere and I've been driving around the Lahti suburbs and countryside in Orimattila and Hollola without having any inspiration to take the camera out of the bag.
The morning training with @omsoc drained my feetout of all energy and since I got no sleep last night that must have affected my stamina to the point I am not feeling very sharp.
Well here I am having a cup of coffee in Messilä, soon to go and fetch the kids from school. We need to buy them some shoes for the school Summer ceremonies, and new sandals too.
cup of coffee
I guess I have enough money. Also need to wash the car as it got all sandy after the drive.
I might need to do a post about the last two animal farm visits we made with the boys sometime in the near future. Here's a sheep I shot last Friday for you though.
Off for now... I'm glad I could unload some things off my chest, and I'll see you later guys, with some fresh photos I hope!
[Previous post: More photos of our cute puppy, Ninnu! :)]
If you liked the post, consider buying me a beer:
@gamer00,
Did you finish the leg day? Dude I hate your sleeping style! It might make you un-healthy! So better you focus more on sleeping!
Cheers~
Yea, I did the leg workouts in the morning supervised by @omsoc.
I couldn't help not being able to sleep last night, as it was just too warm. I was sweating and itching a lot. (I'm an atopic so my skin starts itching easily.)
I hope it was a good leg training, even tho the sleepless night played a bad role on this one 💪🏼
Isn't sleep important for recovery?
Very important 👌🏼
Recovery in turn is necessary for growth or it could be said that recovery essentially is compensatory repair of damage caused to tissues by a workout. Growth of muscle mass and performance are results of supercompensation. Recovery takes place during rest. If someone following a training program is suffering from serious and regular sleeping problems then those problems should be addressed first. Otherwise progress might be compromised as there could be too much training relative to effective rest. To know how much is too much is, however, beyond my knowledge. Is it possible that Jaro's sleeping problems might be to some degree a result of his current training regimen or is the current regimen, in fact, helping Jaro to get sleep? Sometimes, if you train too hard it could make you sleep worse. Maybe you guys need to discuss this in more detail. Maybe this is not the case at all but maybe the possibility should be taken into consideration.
Jaro, do you have prior experience in any kind of sports physical training?
That doesn't sound nice at all. Luckily my room faces east so it isn't too warm every night.
Oh come on, it should feel great after a good training in the morning!
Especially later when you are in the hot shower, thanking the universe for making sheeps, coffee and showers.
it's a bit wired to see your photos without all the snow you had in the winter
Yea, guess it's Summer now. :)
It is really sunny here as well.. even though I was reading everywhere that it would rain for a whole week with thunderstorms. And you can't force good photos.. they come along as you go and you've been shooting some pretty good one's lately. Like the bird ones quite a lot!
Hi gamer. Also didn't sleep great last night. Power came back at 3.30 ish or so. All the house alarms in the area went off when the power came back on. Was like a massive alarm clock.
yep sir summer is its peak so sunny and hot well best wishes for you you have a lot of tasks for today stay blessed :)
Really, no whale coffee graphic this time, watts up with that? well see ya later @gamer00
The coffee was just a regular coffee, the place didn't have anything fancy.
Hey Dude! It does not matter to the end that you are very aware of your work. Those sheep, believe me, they are scary, they are unpredictable ... hahahahaha! As much as the photos are not so good, the important thing is that you care about the work. Greetings.
I think you need more protein input into your body!!
You have to eat more lean meat like chickens and fish to build up your muscles!
If you don’t have enough sleep, you should take vitamin B complex firvyiur brain cells!!
Take care!
Lol i like your pictures anyway dont forget to take the camera out today even if you dont feel like it
