Smoke bombs

I remember that, in an activity at school, they asked us to look for one or more colors to identify us. Almost everyone chose bright and vibrant colors, such as blue, orange, red or yellow. I remember perfectly a girl who chose gray, and they soon asked him the reason why such a sad color, related to misfortune and storms.

"It is a color that not everyone likes and with a questionable appeal, but it has its own charm, for those who know how to appreciate it in the right way" he spoke without hesitation for a second, as if the words had been rehearsed. "It's not happy, but if you mix it with other colors, you'd be surprised at the result." The whole class was completely silent, while my teacher watched the girl in disbelief.

The point is that colors, like people, are not exactly what you can see. They are not invariable, nor exact, nor perfect. Behind the purest green, there is an exhaustive mix of blues, yellows, whites and a number of unimaginable colors. You will not find an exact color, which has not gone through some transformation, change or metamorphosis. And more than anything, you will not find any perfect color.

Why? It is a very simple answer; nothing is perfect in this world. And I will make use of that old, well-known saying "Appearances deceive" All colors, even the most perfect red or the most dull black, have a detail, a stain or a drop that makes them imperfect, and in this way , it makes them different. Even the brightest blue was born of splashes, drops, mixtures and imagination.

Although I think, and I know that many people think like me, that the mixtures of colors are the best. Those mixtures that do not have a proportion, in which you do not know where a color starts and where the other ends. Those mixtures in which you can distinguish everything and nothing at the same time. An example is when several smoke bombs are opened, so that all the colors mix and communicate with each other. It is the purest and at the same time the imperfect mixture.

The people are the same; the mix of personalities, tastes, friendships, opinions and many other things; they make us much better and more beautiful than we already are. People are like smoke bombs, loaded with feelings, thoughts and emotions represented in thousands and thousands of different colors that, when mixed, create the most magnificent creation.

Because, after all, not everything is black and white, is it?
