Is portation possible?

Scotty, beam me up. Star trekkers know this. The idea of sending a human being through space and materializing it somewhere else is called portation. Is portation possible? Not so far. But we have found a very interesting approach: holoportation. What's that?

In this video clip you can see exactly how a father plays digitally with his daughter - many thousands of kilometres away from each other.

Isn't that crazy? Who wouldn't also like to have such a technology at home to stay in touch with friends, family or other people who live far away.
