 i'm the student and i'm studying in 11class 

I posts this ,because in Russia and i think in all country people underestimated books and literature .

The role of literature in the person's life is difficult to assess. Books brought up a generation of people. Unfortunately, the role of literature is underestimated in modern society. There is a category of people who said that literature has become obsolete as a form of art, it has replaced the film and television. But there is a group of people that recognizes and appreciates the importance of literature in our lives.

As is known, the books serve two main functions: information and aesthetic. From generation to generation, with the help of books handed experience gained over the centuries, books were stored knowledge imprinted opening.

Fiction - a kind of art, which is the most powerful means of human knowledge, a tool that affects the derived reality. Literature forms the mind of man, his will and mind, his feelings and the human strength of character - namely, forms the identity of the person.

The creator of the literature summarizes the various life phenomena of the accident and then builds the model images, and at the same time shows his personal attitude to these events or the accident. The value of the writer and his work, and, consequently, affect literature in how truly and properly displayed and expressed interests and people's dreams. Artistic creation is meant to serve the people. In literary works we know the past, present and, of course, we see the future of human dreams. In the minds begin to form the newest concepts in my heart it is born until then unknown feeling. And only literary works and writings we perceive primarily your heart, and then the practical reason and common sense.

Literature is based on humanistic views and beliefs, it approves incorruptible and eternal human values. That's what it is close, it is very necessary and just needed to mankind. The writers and creators of literature in a completely different genre of their works reflect diverse populations, reveal the talent and the gift of the common man, chanting the work of people. And that instill interest in their own history, love for their native land-mother, to the parents and relatives, your neighbors and their brotherly peoples ...

Literature helps and supports the person in the difficult moments of the life path, inspires on feats for the sake of their neighbors, and for the sake of others, gives strength to overcome a variety of everyday troubles, directs and orients the path to the correct solution of important problems at the moment. That is what she is valuable to us and to each nation separately.

Thus, the role of literature in all times and in our day to help the person understand the self and the world around us, to awaken in him the desire for truth, happiness, teach respect for the past, the knowledge and principles of morality, transmitted from generation to generation.
