The Purest Freedom
Freeskiing is the purest freedom.
My name is Pete Oswald, I am a freeskier and adventurer from New Zealand.
I travel around the world skiing in the most beautiful locations I can find on Earth. My passion is scaling mountains and skiing down them. I choose the path on my walk up the mountain, then, I choose which path I want to fly down the mountain. I am limited only by my own ability, endurance, fear and of course gravity. There is almost never any other humans for miles around other than the company I choose, and seldom can I ever see any any evidence of humanity on the landscape.
There are no influences, no pressures, no constraints other than those that I impose on myself or those of the natural environment in which I am existing in that moment.
This how I like it. This is what I call freedom.
