Thinking is the box, is feeling the key?
Can I stay with my senses?
Are they accurate and in direct relation to what is actually happening?
Can I avoid foolish reactions if I am aware of my fear?
By feeling and accepting it as a non functional tension in my body, may I breathe, sit or move consciously and allow it to pass?
By denying, obscuring, justifying or distracting this emotional tension, can I truly escape it?
Or are those choices steps along the road of addiction?
Is fear the price of attachment, of accepting certain conditions, but not others, is it the yoke of our domestication?
Fear is the action potential that arises from gazing into the future, in this moment what we do with that energy decides the quality of our relationships....
...with each other, with our environment and even between the cells of our body that lend texture to the experience of this passing moment.
Thinking creates fear, feeling acknowledges it and moving dissipates it.
If movement is life, what is thinking?
What is feeling?
