Another major cause for the problems of insomnia among the people is their excessive use of smartphones. People use smartphones in the morning, afternoon, evening, night and all the time. We can find many people busy with their smartphones most of the time. They do not work hard, become lazy, irritated and backward in life.

And hence it is the reality of today's times. Most of the unhappiness and dissatisfaction among the people is coming from their excessive use of smartphones. Smartphones do not even let people sleep at night, for people are extremely addicted to watching videos, playing online games, chatting on Whatsapp and Facebook, sharing their photos on social networking sites and downloading different interesting apps.

Use of smartphones is good but its excessive use is ruining the life and career of the people on an extreme level. Smartphones have taken away the peace of the mind of the people. People use their smartphones the entire night and then sleep in the morning.
