We know that we should love and care about those close to us, but we forget that we must also love ourselves. I don't mean selfish love, but general good feeling and kind thinking about our whole being. Do not judge - admire, do not blame - forgive, do not hate - love. 

Life will become much much easier, happy and fun. I wish this for everyone including myself.
