Stepping into 2020 without goals is like going to farm with no equipment.
I will be brief - because lots of people are in a festive mood and probably wont have time to read lengthy articles. But if you could spare a few minutes, check this out!
Its a few hours from now and we are into 2020. Lots of excitement is in the air. Whether you were successful or not, everyone is happy to be alive and healthy, heading into a brand new year. But in the midst of this frenzy, someone might lose track of time and the before one knows it, a whole year will go again with repeated mistakes. Remember, you cant expect the same result when you keep on repeating your mistakes. So its time to do something new to achieve a different result. Set a goal!
Setting a goal is like trying to grab a fruit from a tree with low branches - low enough to reach by jumping. The fruit serves as a target for your efforts - jumping. Without the fruit, we likely wont want to put the effort. Many people live a life devoid of purpose. But when you set and work hard toward a goal, you are likely going to succeed. A lot has been said about setting goals, but the bottom line is that when you have something you are working towards, it gives you some sort of motivation. Also at the end, you have the opportunity to analyze your efforts and see what went wrong, what went right and what was phenomenal.
So as you are jumping up about 2019 getting to an end, take your time to set a goal and work very hard towards achieving it. So that by this time next year, you will not just celebrate the end of a year, but you must have achieved something really worthwhile.

I like your articles. They are very motivating articles. I will definitely set a goal this year and do whatever I can to achieve it.
My goals for this 2020 are getting a job, losing weight and get more involved in Steemit and other cryptocurrencies.
If you've set goals in the past and weren't able to achieve them, it makes it difficult to set new ones
