I would like to highlight the importance of still water because if you drink mineralized water a lot it actually might influence your kidneys in a wrong way.
In fact, I had this problem and could not find out a reason and only after visiting a doctor, I realized that the problem was in the water. It supposed to be still not over mineralized. Just my 2 cents.

Actually, I was not talking about sparkling water :) I was drinking still, but it was mineralized. Every water comes from different sources and has distinct consistency. Always read labels when you buy a water :)

or even better get a well tested filter and filter your own :) buying bottled water is expensive and bad for the environment.
