Are You Being Led By The Spirit?

 The difference between being led of the spirit and being brought under the law?

You are going down a highway and the speed limit is 60 MPH.  As long as you stay under 60 miles an hour, you remain within the law. 

But what happens when you decide to go 70 MPH? You have just stepped outside the protection of the law. You have now placed yourself under the law. When you are caught, you will pay the price. 

Our spiritual lives are no different. YHVH (God) gave us laws. When we keep them by the help of the spirit, we are now remaining within the law. We are not law breakers! We are walking in the spirit.

Galatians 5:18 (KJV)

 But if ye be led of the Spirit, ye are not under the law.

              Within the LAW and under the LAW? These make lots of spiritual sense. Never thought about it like this. I follow you get more. Upvoted and resteemed. Thank you sister in christ.

                Thank you @praise-eu. As a Jew, I know to keep the Torah. As a believer in Messiah, I understand the Spirit of the law. But there was no real connection in my brain. Then a pastor taught on this and a friend shared what he learned. It really did make sense and when reading in Hebrew, it fits what was said there also. It was like turning on a lightbulb.
