All you Mom's and Dad's out there, you need to make time for a full nights rest. Eight hours is considered good by most doctors. Being a Great Grandmother, I have either given or heard my children and grand children give all the excuses. I have too much to do, I can not rest. I worked all day and now my children need me, then I have dinner to cook and the cleanup to do. All these things are true, but who will do them when you are sick or even in the hospital? 

As you look at that camel in the picture, notice he is resting in the midst of many people. Sometimes we too need to just say, enough is enough.....I need a nap!  Know when your body is talking to you, and then listen to what it says it needs. 

God was way a head of us when He gave the Sabbath. He commanded us to rest, to do no work. He knew we were a stubborn people who would not rest correctly, so He built it into a day of rest and worship with Him. What an amazing God YHVH we serve.  HalleluYAH!
