Amazon is not always the cheapest option!
I'm happily surprised with this!
I went on Amazon looking for for a face shield for wood cutting and found a bunch of them in the $35 to $60 range. Most of the standard brands like Husqvarna and Echo fall in that range. I thought, for shits and giggles since I know the price is normally higher, why not check out a Stihl brand to match my tools.

So I made a trip to my local farm store 7 miles away, North 40. They have a newer section of Stihl products and also Husqvarna. I figured they might have something cheaper than that atrocious price on Amazon. Well, I just about dropped my jaw when I picked up the helmet and saw the price tag,
$49.99!!
I couldn't believe that price difference. Given that this is a Stihl brand that matches my saw and string trimmer, it is also PERFECT for use with both. I spent a tank of gas today bucking a 75 foot Douglas Fir that I dropped last week on the hill side. I got about 10 rounds cut as well before running out of gas and energy. But the helmet, ear protection, and face mask worked incredibly well. I am supremely happy with this purchase and saving $67 from Amazon.
