On the subject "Explore the surroundings" we most:

• check the public transportation, will increase the value of the house in the future.
• Check if the way outs are not so crowd in the highest rush hours

This two topics are very important to me, we can't loose more than half hour to reach the work per day, is quality of life we will loose.
