Would you be interested in option #4 above? It is real simple and you have plenty of witness votes left. This only requires 1 witness vote and only when the witness gets the job done.
Yes, I did it. I have been ignoring everything about witnesses after trying for months to figure it out. But I will gladly vote for this person if they appear :)
