It’s not a fee, it is a recomended donation for maintaining the service, it says it. The service is https://SteemBlast.com you can just go back to the post, and not pay but it’s not much. I’m gonna support this when I get some free sbd. 😊
It is, at BEST, 5 times what you will get back. That is a losing deal, but knock yourself out!
