General meeting the firefighters OSP Jadowniki.

On Saturday in fire station (OSP JADOWNIKI) was a general meeting.On the geathering we set the plan at 2018.

In 2017, we celebrated our 130th jubilee.
The reporting meeting was started in saturday at 17 o'clock. Chairman welcome all guests and companions and  discuss how the meeting will look like. We choose committee of resolutions and conclusions.  We was presented last year. 

Generally in last year we had 68 incidents. 23 fires, 44 local incidents and 1 false alarm. We was leaders of interventions in our county. Additionally we secured operational area of city 10 times.  2 times we participated in county exercises organised by State Fire Brigade in Brzesko. Also we have two inspections of operational readiness control for which we received a very good grade twice.  

Like in last years, companions of OSP Jadowniki participate in courses and trainings taking place in tate Fire Brigade in Brzesko and Cracov.  

The companions took part in the following courses:
* "Firefighters training of OSP Jadowniki"
* "Firefighters training of OSP Jadowniki in the field of flood prevention and rescue in waters"
* "Firefighters training of OSP Jadowniki in the field of technical rescue"
* "Firefighters training of OSP Jadowniki in the field of directing rescue operations of OSP members"
* "Firefighters training of OSP Jadowniki in the field of First Aid" 

We managed to equip the unit with several elements of rescue and fire-fighting equipment and uniforms from money obtained from KSRG (Pol. Krajowy System Ratowniczo-Gaśniczy)(Eng. National Fire and Rescue System). We renovated the office and boiler rooms and bought a new central heating boiler. 

I also wanted to say, that OSP Jadowniki have Youth Fire Team and Children's Fire Team. In 2017 they participated in Nationwide Olympiad for Children's Fire Teams in Wieruszów where we were the only ones from  Malopolskie voivodeship. 

As I mentioned, in 2017, we celebrated our 130th jubilee.

In 2017, as in previous years, we tried to participate in all state and church celebrations.
We participated in sport and fire competition and we supported the blood donation campaign organised by HDK MOTOJADOWNIKI. We also participated in Firefighter Day and we helped organize a wafer meeting and the start of the motorcycle season. 

At the end of meeting we handed the medals to the best firefighters.
