Looking at the nature of things in the society, we notice that some families break up, and this is mainly caused by the parents. It may be as a result of hardship, misunderstanding, and chaos in the family. However, family disintegration in clear terms is the breaking up of the tree that existed in a particular family, whereby it results in separation of that particular family. When a family is disintegration both parties (farther and mother) happen to stay separate and hereby leaving their children a little or no hope for a better future. The parents should discharge their responsibilities in the upright training of their children. They both have a significant role to play in this formation. The parents are expected to act as coaches to these children. Quoting from a wise saying that "a tree cannot make a forest" and Abraham Lincoln also brought to our notice that, "a house divided against itself cannot stand".

Disintegration however is so uncalled for, especially in the sense that the Bible had already counseled that the parents should train up the children in the way they should grow and they never depart from it (Proverbs 22:6). This charge is to understood by both parents, making the above allusion from Bible their guide.

The leading causative factor of this blunder is mainly when there is no form of dialogue between these two married couple. They both live an eye-centric life. However, it is well known that man is an egoist, but it requires control. Dialogue is a key that best solves this. As such the man and the woman should marshal out their bothering thoughts and have a tete-a-tete in order to solve it.

Furthermore the period of hardship may cause the division of these couple. Whereby they push blames on the other as being the cause of their downfall, rather than fighting tooth and nail together to better their life. They tend to allow querrels to eat up their love for each other.

The all these tribulations take place, all the effect are mainly expressed on the innocent children. They are being subjected to the dangers of single parenthood. It may result in making them drop outs, as a result that a single parent may not be financial buoyant to cater for the needs of the children. As such, they are being denied the opportunity of being educated.

Furthermore, the young and tender minds of the children are left full of rhetorical questions. When they begin thinking of their misfortunes, it makes them to develop unresting minds. Making a quote from a Latin saying "Men sana in corpore sano". A sound mind in a sound body. Then where this principle is absent, health deteriorates.

Unfortunately, since only one parent is available to nature this seed (the child), the child my join bad companies which may lead to kidnapping, smoking etc. Through this the parents are spear-heading the crime rate in the country as a whole, charity we know begins at home, but is it a home where at single parent carelessly handles the child? This shows the importance for a united family. If none exist, then there is bound to be a fact of the parents constituting to the menance of our dear country.

Parents should be educated and advised on the ways of child upbringing and uniting family especially new couples. They should be transparent to each other and not loving in eyeistic and selfish life. The rest as follows:

👉 To forgive whole heartedly when wronged.

👉 Endurance in times of hardship

👉 The wife should be submissive and humble to the husband.

👉 They should encourage the principle of dialogue solving.

It is well assured that if all these are taken to consideration, then the problem of disintegration and its bad effect on children will be discarded. As such allerviating and reducing rate of uneducated children and crimes.

The ball is now on the parent's court, to say 'NO' to family disintegration. Couple should make a 'u-turn' and take a new life. Broken families are hereby called to reconcile to form a united family to mastermind and create a solid bedrock for the training and education of our children, to better their family, their society, and nation as a whole. This will truly bring Nigeria to a rebranding state.
