not all the blogs need to be about the serious stuff, not everything about steem forks and such
they can also be about the pleasures in life. I have started doing a bit more sports this week, trying to get in shape a bit more and that does not automatically mean going to the gym.
- Friday swimming
- Saturday Skiing (snowboarding in my case)
- Sunday 12km Langlauf (cross country skiing)
The conditions were perfect in the weekend, blue skies, no wind, not to cold (-5°C) and only on Sunday we got a bit overcast later on the day but that I did not really mind since I was sweating (a lot) and could use the cooling.
I just wanted to leave you with some impressions...
oeeeee sweeeet moves there! Did you langlauf around the lake because I saw that trail last week there.
I had some Sorenberg and Engelberg action this weekend, utterly soar now hahahahha
we did the schwedentritt laupe, it was very hard but worth it... tried the skating for the first time, it was pretty cool
Yea and those muscles really make themselves felt after that, i know
so your end verdict... skate style versus classic style..whate do you prefer?
personally I prefer the skate style, it allows for better speed on flat areas... its a little more dynamic i guess
