Making a meal schedule (i.e. grocery list) is a good way to "pre-answer" that question and make life a little easier.
That's true. Sometimes that's so overwhelming also!

We've got hacks to help with that. We pick about 5-7 meals each week and then repeat for 2 - 3 weeks until we get tired of it.
Then we find 5 to 7 more and go again. Limiting our choices helps with the overwhelming amount of options of "what to eat".
