How does the phone feel harmful for our eyes?
Mobile phone are great invention in this century every invention has advantages and disadvantages also its a blessing for us but also a curse for its harmful effects on human body,mind and soul also.
In its advantages i would like to say it covers the whole world in some inches it makes travelling easy with social media one can be aware with all age wold in nano second.
Now the turn is to its disadvantages which are more than its advantages its use makes Many troubles in the life in the body in the mind also it makes distance between family members although they were sitting on a dining table altogether
The main point which is on focus is on effect of eyes

The use of mobile causes harmful effects on eyes especially when its use is done for a long period and especially the mode in which it is using sitting ar standing etc
# Causes of eyes defect
The rays coming from mobile effect the iris part and the light coming from mobile continuously cause shrinkage of virus permanently which changes the shape of cornea and eyesight will be defected also a reason is too much close of mobile to your eyes the minimum distance for normal eyesight should be 25 cm but we use mobile nearly 6,7 inches away from our eyes.
Continuously use of mobile cause pressure on optic nerve which will be working twice in that time comparison to normal routine because of different xrays uvrays coming from mobile
# Conclusion
Mobile phone is dangerous for eyesight to a large extent win a day every second person is addicted to mobile and have eyesight problem to avoid this problem yes of mobile should be at lower rate and mobile phone should be use at lest 25cm away from eyes.
