Recuperating with music is very effective. If you're feeling frustrated/stressed, fair put on your headphones and play a cheery tune for your ears. You'll be surprised how quick your disposition changes. Don't play melodies that back your current temperament, or else you'll conclusion up feeling much worse
Right, I agree with you, music is proven to be able to change the mood to be cheerful.
Even during sleep, we are encouraged to listen to music to train the right brain.
