3/5 is not bad! I guess I should step up my exercise habits and make it 4/5, I know that would be very good for me. The last one for me is meditation and I don't know if I want to add that to my life. I think I could be happy with the other 4.

You are welcome. I am totally agree with your thoughts. I am 4/5 - without the meditation. Definitely try adding excercising - you will feel more energetic and way way better. You can always hit the gym or just to run every morning. Of course it will depend from your job, if you are busy you can check the Net for a good home workouts. Wish you all the best. Cheers!
