Oculus Rift price drops permanently to $399
Oculus announced a $100 cut from the current $499 price on the Oculus Rift. This announcement was part of this year’s Oculus Connect conference , where they announced this price cut considering it a good move towards making VR more accessible to everyone.
While this new price is about the half of last year's price, (The headset cost $599 and the Touch controllers were $199.)
Although Oculus hasn't announced any fixed figures, Of course the point of this reduction is to boost sales, as well as the new virtual reality games, which started a bit slow.
