Every day we face challenges and in order to become stronger we need to overcome them, but most of the time we can't do that because of fear: Fear of being judged, Fear of being rejected, Fear of failure etc...
The only way to be brave is to act when you are afraid as fuck, and that's why brave peoples are worshipped by others.
So what's fear?
Fear is a feeling hard-wired in our brains to ensure our survival as humans.When you are afraid your heart beats accelerate, you sweat a lot, your eyes open and every instinct in your body screams soon hard.
Therefore, you have two options Either your flight or fight, and that's the survival mechanism of our ancestors.
We are born with two fears: The fear of falling down and the fear of, every other fear is learned so it can be unlearned.
That girl you are afraid to talk to, Your boss, that bully... You need to overcome your fear to get what you want!
The solution is quite simple! Face your fears every day, every time you can and it will decrease slightly until you are afraid no more. Begin slowly if your fear is too big to handle.
Sometimes even with several attempts you still have a bit of fear and that's normal! Even presidents and pick up artists still have some fear when approaching a girl.
